1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Deebatly application ("App"), you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Deebatly is a free mobile application that allows users to read interactive stories in chat format. The App is developed and maintained by an independent developer.
3. MINIMUM AGE
The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older. If you are under 13, you are not authorized to use this App.
4. PERMITTED USE
The App is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to:
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Distribute, reproduce, or resell the App or its contents
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
5. CONTENT
The content (stories) available in the App comes from a curated library. The developer is not the author of all content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or quality. Content is provided solely for entertainment purposes.
6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some stories may contain adult themes, strong language, or sensitive topics. It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the appropriateness of content for themselves or any minors under their supervision.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its design are protected by copyright. Story content belongs to their respective authors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
8. NETWORK SERVICES
The App requires an Internet connection to download stories from the online library. The App connects to external servers to retrieve content. No personal data is transmitted during these connections.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for:
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Inappropriate or offensive content in stories
• Malfunctions due to user's devices or connections
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is the independent developer of the Deebatly App.
2. DATA COLLECTED
For normal use of the App (reading stories), Deebatly does not require registration, login, or identification and does not collect personal data.
If the user uses the in-app contact form, the following personal data voluntarily provided will be processed:
• Name
• Email address
• Message content
This data is used solely to handle and respond to the contact request.
3. LOCALLY STORED DATA
The App stores on the user's device:
• Language and theme preferences
• Reading progress of stories
• Downloaded stories for offline reading
• Terms of service acceptance
This data remains exclusively on the device and is never transmitted.
4. NETWORK CONNECTIONS
The App connects to external servers solely to:
• Retrieve the list of available stories
• Download selected story content
No personal identifiers, usage data, or device information is transmitted.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Data submitted via the contact form is sent via a secure request to the servers that manage communications, solely for the purpose of handling the user's request.
6. SECURITY
Local data is protected by the security measures of the device's operating system. Data sent via the contact form is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
7. USER RIGHTS (GDPR)
For data collected through the contact form, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to the address indicated in the form. Users can delete all local App data by uninstalling the application.
8. CHILDREN
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Any changes will be published in the App.
